RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Making a purchase signifies your acknowledgment, understanding, and agreement to comply with the following terms and conditions. We are dedicated to ensuring that your shopping experience is pleasant.

Prior to completing your purchase, we kindly ask that you review the following terms and conditions.

 We allow only one size exchange for items once they have been sold.

Please be aware that we maintain a strict policy of no returns and no refunds.

Exchanges are the only option available.

Please be informed that a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 200 will apply. If there is an issue with your order, you have a period of 4 days to return the items for an exchange with a different product.

Currently, we do not facilitate international exchanges.

You may initiate an exchange request through our integrated Exchange Panel.

For exchanges, the value of the new product must be equal to or greater than that of the product being exchanged.

Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your exchange.

For items purchased from www.veepop.com, all exchange requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your item(s).

To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached.

The items must be new, unworn, unaltered, and free from any odors or fragrances.

If the items do not meet these criteria, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to assess whether returned merchandise is in a saleable condition. Please submit your request to veepopindia@gmail.com within 3 days of your purchase.

SALE ITEMS

All purchases made during sales, those acquired at a discount, through the use of coupons, or with gift vouchers are final.

They cannot be returned or refunded, and size exchanges are not permitted.

DAMAGE PRODUCTS

In the event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product.

You will be notified via email once your item has been returned to our distribution center in New Delhi. Please allow a processing period of 7 to 14 business days for all returns.

It is important to note that a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 200 will be applicable.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All Custom Orders are made on request and delivery span is 15-30 days which are not eligible for exchange or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The acquisition of the items listed below is considered a final sale, with no exceptions permitted:

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp at+91-9354094509 or send an email to veepopindia@gmail.com, including your Order Number in the request.

Please note that self-cancellation through the website is not permitted.

An email notification will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.

After the refund is issued, kindly allow 10 to 14 business days for it to reflect on your bank statement. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

PAYMENT METHODS

•VEE POP accepts Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePay, Bank Transfers.

•No COD is available.

•Please note only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.

PAYMENT TROUBLESHOOTING

•For the security of our shoppers, we have fraud protections in place during our checkout process.

•If you are attempting to checkout and receive the following error message “transaction cannot be processed” please contact your bank in order for them to authorise the transaction.

CHARGING YOUR CARD

Once your order has been placed, your card is charged according to the amount including any applicable taxes and shipping fees

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS

•If we need to cancel your order due to lack of product availability, we will notify you by email and will refund the amount charged immediately.

•Please note that it may take up to 10-14 business days for the funds to reflect back on your bank statement.
