We maintain a strict policy of no returns and no refunds. Exchanges are the only option available. Please note that Rs. 200 reverse shipment charges are applicable. If something is not quite right, you've got 4 days to send us back your items for an exchange with a different product. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. We do not offer international exchanges currently.
